About Steven
Steven Hansen is an Associate, Investments with the NNN Pro, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Steven joined the NNN Pro in 2024 and currently focuses on representing developers, private investors, 1031 exchange buyers and large multi-unit franchisee operators primarily in the southwest.
Steven has a diverse real estate background and over a decade of experience. He has consistently helped clients maximize their portfolio value.
Prior to working with the NNN Pro, Steven worked at a commercial real estate brokerage in Phoenix, Arizona where he represented regional and national credit tenants as well as build-to-suit developers. He graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Steven currently lives in Hoboken, New Jersey.
