About Nate
Nathan Smith is an associate with NNN Pro, one of the top-performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Nathan joined NNN Pro in 2025 and currently works alongside the ICG team, from a brokerage perspective, servicing a variety of clients in quick-service restaurants and individually within the c-store space.
Prior to working with NNN Pro, Nathan worked at Sands Investment Group. Where he led a three-broker team specifically in the gas station and c-store space, while successfully mentoring both of his junior brokers. He graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in Finance.
