Kyle Barone

Kyle Barone is an Associate, Investments with NNN Pro, one of the top-performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Kyle joined NNN Pro in 2024 and has specialized in healthcare real estate for nearly a decade. His expertise encompasses various facets including sale-leaseback transactions, investment sales, buy-side representation, 1031 exchanges, portfolio management, and financing solutions.

Kyle originally started his career at a national brokerage firm in Southern California specializing in healthcare investment sales. Most recently, Kyle worked as a Director of Acquisitions for two different Institutional Capital Groups and has been involved in over $600 million of sales transactions in 15+ different states across the country. He graduated from California State University of Channel Islands with a degree in Business and a focus in Finance. Kyle lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
