Joseph Kelly

Joey Kelly is an Investment Analyst with NNN Pro, one of the top-performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Joey joined NNN Pro in 2023 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group focusing on the development and execution of sale-leaseback programs and asset disposition/acquisition programs for private equity firms, franchisors, franchisees, developers, and other large institutions.

Prior to working with NNN Pro, Joey worked at CBRE where he worked under the Orcutt/Grady team specializing in industrial development and leasing in Phoenix, Arizona. He graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Finance & Entrepreneurship and also played on the Syracuse University Football Team.
