Hannan Ben Yosef

Hannan Ben Yosef is an Associate, Investments with NNN Pro, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Hannan joined NNN Pro in 2021 and is currently responsible for building and maintaining trustworthy relationships with private, high net worth, family office and institutional companies. Hannan continuously provides value to owners, principals, developers, REITs and corporations of all types and makes sure his clients generate greater wealth based on their criteria, financing, and market needs. Throughout his career, Hannan assisted in closing more than 100 deals totaling over $500 million.

Some of Hannan’s day-to-day responsibilities involve investment advisory, growing clients’ portfolios, providing opportunities, showing market performance metrics, understanding potential savings, and thoroughly analyzing closed, on-market, and prospective deals. Additionally, Hannan participates in meetings, conference calls, events and presentations in various networking circles.

No matter the deal size or a client’s background, Hannan is always ready to help clients overcome challenges they face. Hannan helps clients understand their cash-on-cash returns, fulfill due-diligence requirements, and answer lease and site specific questions. Throughout the deal making process, Hannan collaborates with mortgage brokers, lenders, attorneys, accountants, title companies, 1031 QIs, and all of the entities that are involved.

Among the many deals Hannan worked on, Hannan assisted a savvy investor with successfully completing an exchange acquisition exceeding $50 million and a family office with a disposition of a one-off sale portfolio sold for over $100 million. Regardless of market conditions, Hannan always finds ways to preserve and create value for the clients he works with.

Prior to working with NNN Pro, Hannan served as an airborne infantry paratrooper in the Israel Defense Forces, volunteered with Hand in Hand Family Services (now Braverhood) – a nonprofit organization caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, and interned at Highline Advisory. Hannan graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Finance and Investments and a minor in Mathematics.
