Christopher Marks is a Senior Managing Director at NNN Pro Capital, where he specializes in securing commercial debt financing across various property types. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, Mr. Marks has successfully financed more than 2,000 transactions, totaling over $10 billion.
Before joining NNN Pro Capital, Mr. Marks spent 17 years at Marcus & Millichap Capital, where he was consistently recognized as a top producer. He also held a role at Capital One Financial, further deepening his expertise in real estate finance.
Mr. Marks and his partners maintain strong relationships with national, regional, and local funding sources, including agency lenders (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds, and bridge lenders.
