Carlton St. Bernard

Carlton St.Bernard is an Analyst with NNN Pro, one of the top-performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Carlton joined NNN Pro in 2024 and currently works within the Institutional Coverage Group working on sale leaseback programs, disposition programs, and acquisition programs.

Prior to working with NNN Pro, Carlton interned at Citi where he worked within the structured products division. He graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Finance. Before moving to New York, Carlton lived in Manhattan Beach, California.
