NNN Pro Group’s Glen Kunofsky (Founder & CEO) and Daniel Price (Vice President, Investments) joined Tim Pawul on “The Minerals and Royalties Podcast” to discuss the 1031 exchange market and specifically exchanging from mineral and royalty interests into net lease real estate. The podcast is one of the content platforms leveraged by the Minerals & Royalties Authority to help educate investors on the relevant companies and trends in the royalties space both for oil & gas and renewables. Kunofsky and Price provided an overview of the Net Lease market, and discussed the similarities between the minerals and royalties industry.
